Principal Planner

Jerrell Harris is our Principal Planner and focuses on bringing residential and mixed-use developments to life. Jerrell is a self-described explorer and enjoys seeking new adventures. He is a trained urban planner and genuinely believes that the built environment has the greatest impact on our quality of life. He has worked with institutions of higher education, non-profits and local governments to help them understand their impact on the world around them. He holds a Master’s in Urban Policy Studies from Georgia State University. Jerrell is also a Certified Economic Development Finance Professional and member of the American Planning Association.
